Why new shows matter

Attention to a show peaks fast. Searches for a new title tend to bunch up within the first few days after it appears, which is exactly when everybody asks the same three questions: what is it, is it free, and is it worth the tokens. That window is the reason we count every day, and the reason this page sorts by arrival instead of by popularity.

Here is how we spot arrivals. Each day we count the whole catalog and compare the list with the previous count. Anything that wasn't there before goes under the new edition, and that edition's date becomes the show's first-counted date. No tipsters, no guessing, just a comparison of two lists. A show with a recent date here is genuinely recent, not merely promoted.

What to check before spending

A new show is an unknown, so treat the first minute as a free sample. Episode 1 asks for nothing, and a free sign-up usually covers episode 2; everything after those has a price.

Look at the price per episode next. Most open series price an episode at 12 tokens, 15 of them at 30, and the gap matters on a five-episode run, where the last three episodes come to 36 tokens at the lower rate and 90 at the higher one.

Then check whether the show is Spicy. Those sit behind Premium from episode 1, and past the first two episodes they cost 30 or 50 tokens each, so a new Spicy arrival is a bigger commitment than a new open one. Do the math before you tap.
