The setup

Noah visits his girlfriend's house, and every time he passes her stepsister's room, the door happens to be open. Today his glance lasts a second too long, and she calls him on it. He swears it was an accident. She points out that it has happened before, and she does not look embarrassed in the slightest. She offers a closer look, pulls him inside and tells him to stay quiet when his girlfriend's voice drifts down the hallway, looking for him. By the time the girlfriend leaves, running late, the stepsister makes clear she is not finished.
