The setup

Ben and Emily are shopping for their first home, and the realtor has a sales technique that does not appear in any training manual. While Emily wanders off to size up the kitchen, the realtor offers to show Ben the bedrooms upstairs, then points out the big windows, the natural light and the door that locks. She mentions that it is the room she only shows the husband. In episode 2 the lock gets tested, Ben reminds himself that his wife is close by and Emily starts wondering why a door is shut, while the realtor keeps selling the room's features with a straight face.
