The Nun in Our Guest Room

The setup

Veronica is hosting Sister Dark Angel until Sunday, and her son opens the door to a polite visitor whose looks put his first thought well outside the church. The guest room is hers all week. She says he is a gentleman next to the lads at her parish, and she says grace with unusual enthusiasm. At the end of the night, she asks him to pray with her, hands together, and asks heaven to forgive what is about to happen. Episode 2 opens with her knowing he was watching. Veronica tells the guest to ask her son for anything at all. The nun explains what Sunday means: her vows will turn everything she has never done into something she never will.

Why people keep watching

Sacred versus sinful with a deadline: a week of hospitality, a woman about to give up everything, and a house that is one prayer away from trouble. Episode 1 plays free and stays at lingering looks and a very tempting grace.
