My Neighbor's Husband Works Nights!

The setup

Jake has just moved into a new building when the neighbor across the hall starts knocking at odd hours. Simona is married, confident and permanently mid-crisis: a leak in the kitchen, a ruined shower, some other emergency that apparently can't hold till sunrise. Her husband is on the night shift, and in the pilot Jake fixes one late leak, meets the husband on his way out to a shift, and is soon back on call, with a compliment about his hands. Episode 2 raises the water level: her shower head has come loose and the repair leaves them both drenched. She is married, he is her neighbor, they agree this cannot happen, and the conversation still does not end.

Why people keep watching

Plumbing is the alibi: a new neighbor, a bored wife and an emergency every time her husband clocks in. The free episodes stay with leaks, wet shirts and nervous restraint.
