My First Night Shift

The setup

The new night manager of an old hotel soon realizes he is the only man on shift. Sloane, a colleague, tells him to stay at the front desk and then gets called upstairs. A room service request arrives for one of the suites, billed as tonight's special, and the dessert on the plate turns out to be him. The guest says she loves a first-timer and that hunger had nothing to do with her call. In episode 2 he is flustered, flattered and unsure about staying. She goes to change into something more comfortable, invites him to think it over, and calls him closer for a taste.

Why people keep watching

Each door is a fresh surprise, so the show plays like short stories linked by one nervous man and a hotel that never sleeps. Guests can try episode 1 for nothing, and the free ones stick to champagne, keycards and teasing.
