Lusting for daddy's watchdog

The setup

Solene Yoon is a grown heiress on a luxury getaway where the parties never end and neither does her security. Her father has hired a stony ex-military bodyguard to stay at her side, and she treats him like an insult on legs. In the pilot he steps between her and a pushy drinker; she calls it overreach, he calls it the job, and neither blinks. Episode 2 brings her father on the phone, a rowdy guest in the pool that she holds against the bodyguard, and a warning that her safety is not just parental nerves. The contract spells out exactly what he is paid for, and her company is not on the list.

Why people keep watching

The friction is professional and personal at once: a man paid to say no, a woman unused to hearing it, and an employer in the background who can end everything with a phone call. Free episodes stay with standoffs, sharp banter and long stares.

Tune in if

For slow-burn fans of the bodyguard and client standoff, and for anyone who enjoys watching a cold professional lose an argument with himself.
