Under Her Watch

The setup

As for Sophie Dee, she is present only as a licensed AI twin, since the actual person had no hand in filming any of this. The pilot starts with a rescue: the new cabana attendant, nephew of the club's owner, goes under in the surf and gets pulled out by Sophie. Everyone is told to welcome him. Sophie volunteers to take charge of his training before the deck crew can claim him, and the owner's wife reminds her to keep it professional. In episode 2 a coworker catches them, offers to keep the secret for a price that sounds like an invitation, and Sophie's first official lesson is water safety certification, with her signing off.

Why people keep watching

A seaside club, a chain of command and one rule that keeps getting bent. The free episodes keep to banter, near misses and a lesson plan with a double meaning, nothing explicit.

Tune in if

Meant for summer evenings: a sun-drenched club, a confident mentor and a rookie who has no idea how deep this goes.
