I Picked Up a Hitchhiker

The setup

He is the kind of guy women do not usually ride with, driving a worn-out pickup toward home, two hundred miles out, when he spots a hitchhiker on the shoulder. She wants to know if he is dangerous, decides his answer is good enough, and explains that her boyfriend, make that ex, is stranded at a filling station fifty miles behind them. The heat gets to both of them. A single room is all the motel has left, and she says that is fine before he can object. In episode 2 she takes a shower, a phone call ends things with Tyler for good, and she asks for a towel, twice, from closer than he expected.

Why people keep watching
