The setup
Yuna arrives in a shipping crate, a robot housekeeper programmed with one plain mission: help. The pilot is mostly her malfunctions. She announces that cleaning is required, apologizes for being in the middle of calibration, and leaves someone who just came back for a laptop charger asking what, exactly, Yuna is. Somebody has warned the household not to let her set the place on fire.
