Midnight Compartment

The setup

The employee has been assigned compartment twelve, which turns out to belong to his boss and his boss's wife, Mrs. Parker. The boss isn't thrilled. His wife, though, argues that nobody should make a colleague sleep in the corridor, and he's allowed to stay. When the lights go down, she mentions she's cold and that the employee is her favorite. He knows exactly what he stands to lose. Episode 2 brings a sleepy husband's nightmare, a few soothing words from his wife and, at the next station, a suitcase that conveniently needs carrying, with only minutes before departure and a reminder of which title to use.

Why people keep watching

A cramped car, a sleeping husband and a woman who treats a dangerous idea as a game. The tension is in whispered lines and the clock, because the train has to stop somewhere. Free episodes keep to heat, not scenes.
